Certifications
Certifications are product-specific. Each product page lists only certificates currently held for that product, and copies are shared on request.
Documents available on request
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the supplied batch
- Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) where applicable
- Copies of current certificates only where held for that product
- Allergen, GMO and residual-solvent statements where available
Some documents can be downloaded from product pages after login; others are shared by our team for the specific batch.

Methods and limits are those agreed in the product specification. If your market or brand requires additional tests, tell us at enquiry stage so they can be confirmed and included in the quotation.
Traceability and changes
Each shipment is identified by batch or lot number on the packaging and documents. If you need advance notice of changes that could affect an agreed specification, ask for it to be included in your quality or supply agreement.
Questions or complaints
If a delivery does not meet the agreed specification, contact us with the batch number, photographs and any test results. Complaints are reviewed by our quality team and answered personally.

Do you provide a COA for each batch?
A Certificate of Analysis is provided for the supplied batch. Ask for any additional documents your quality approval requires.
Can you test for additional parameters?
Tell us the parameters and methods at enquiry stage (e.g. heavy metals, microbiology, pesticide residues) so they can be confirmed and included in the quotation.
