Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how M/S NutrivioGlobal (“NutrivioGlobal”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit nutrivioglobal.com (the “Website”), send us an enquiry, register as a buyer, chat with our assistant or do business with us. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and is intended to be consistent with the data-protection laws that apply to our international buyers.

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by M/S NutrivioGlobal, Madhvi Bhawan, Jatoli, PO Oachghat, Tehsil and District Solan, Himachal Pradesh 173223, India, GSTIN 02AEFPT0014G1Z5. For the purposes of applicable law we are the data fiduciary (data controller) for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Our business and who this policy covers

NutrivioGlobal supplies botanical ingredients, herbal extracts and private-label / contract-manufactured nutraceutical and Ayurvedic products to businesses. The Website is intended for business users. This policy covers visitors to the Website, people who contact us on behalf of their company, registered buyer accounts, and the contacts of our customers, suppliers and partners.

3. Personal data we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, job title, company name, business email address, telephone number, country, state or region.
  • Enquiry details: products of interest, specifications, quantities, destination port or city, preferred Incoterm and currency, sample delivery address, private-label briefs, artwork notes and any message you send us.
  • Buyer account details: name, company, business type, website and login credentials (passwords are stored in encrypted, hashed form).
  • Chat messages you type into our website assistant, and any contact details you share in the chat.
  • Communications: emails, calls and messages you exchange with our team, including quotations, orders and complaint records.
  • Business and payment information needed to perform a contract, such as billing and shipping addresses, tax registration numbers and bank-transfer references. We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this Website.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring page, language selected and the date and time of your visit, collected in server logs and by security and caching tools.
  • Cookies and browser storage, as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health information, and we ask you not to send it to us. The Website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

4. How and why we use personal data

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations, samples and technical documents (to take steps at your request before entering into a contract).
  • To create and manage buyer accounts and let you track your enquiries.
  • To perform contracts: processing orders, arranging production, shipping and export documentation, invoicing and after-sales support.
  • To handle quality questions, complaints, product recalls and regulatory requests.
  • To send follow-up emails about your enquiry and, only where you have agreed, other relevant business updates. You can opt out at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Website, prevent fraud and spam, and keep records required by law (for example tax, customs and accounting records).

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or steps before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or other legitimate uses permitted by law. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Website assistant (chat)

Our chat assistant answers questions using approved product information. Messages you send are stored with your enquiry so our team can follow up. If an external AI service is enabled to generate answers, your message text is sent to that provider solely to produce a reply and under terms that restrict its use. Do not share confidential formulas or personal information in the chat that you do not want stored. Chat session identifiers are deleted after a period of inactivity.

6. Who we share personal data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above, with:

  • Service providers who host and support our Website and systems (for example web hosting, email delivery, security and caching services), acting on our instructions.
  • Manufacturing, testing, packaging, logistics, freight-forwarding, customs-broking and insurance partners, where needed to fulfil your enquiry or order.
  • Banks and payment service providers for processing payments.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers.
  • Government, regulatory, customs or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
  • A purchaser or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to equivalent protections.

7. International transfers

Our Website is hosted on servers located in India, with backups stored in Singapore. Because we trade internationally, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including to logistics partners in the destination country. Where we transfer data, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

8. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Enquiry and customer records are kept for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, customs or accounting purposes, or to establish or defend legal claims. Chat session records are deleted after 180 days. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

9. Security

We use reasonable security practices and procedures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls, hashed passwords, security monitoring and regular backups. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected individuals and authorities of a personal-data breach where the law requires.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Request access to, or a summary of, the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to erase your data where it is no longer needed or where you withdraw consent, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Withdraw consent and opt out of follow-up or marketing emails at any time (reply “unsubscribe” to any email).
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
  • Raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India or the data-protection authority in your country.

To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
