B2B Supply Assurance

The same material, to the same specification, order after order.

Specification matching

Tell us your required botanical, plant part, form, marker and limits. We confirm what we can supply against that specification before any price is quoted.

Documented quality

Batch documentation is shared for the material you receive. Certifications are stated only where a current certificate exists for that product.

Repeat supply planning

Share forecasts and reorder points so we can plan raw-material sourcing and production slots in advance.

Transparent pricing

Quotations show unit price per quantity tier, currency, Incoterm and validity. Anything not included is stated, never hidden.

How is pricing quoted?

Per kg by quantity tier, in the stated currency and Incoterm, with a validity date. Taxes, duties and anything not stated are excluded.

Can we agree a repeat-supply schedule?

Yes. Share your annual forecast and reorder points; planned call-offs and any supply agreement terms are agreed in writing.

What documents come with a shipment?

Typically a commercial invoice, packing list and the batch Certificate of Analysis, plus the transport and origin documents required for your destination.
